INSTRUCTIONS TO SIGN UP FOR THE ONLINE PLATFORM AND REGISTER FOR A RACE.

You have to follow these steps to register for one or several races:

Step 1. Sign up for the platform

Look up for general information of the race you want to register for by clicking on the name of the race. You will find all the details of the race.
Once you have decided which race or races you want to register for, you have to sign up for the online platform.
Click on the link "I want to register" you will find at the home page or at the page of the race you want to register for.
Select the kind of user you are.

Fill in all the fields of the registration form. Check that you have written your email address correctly, because we will send the registration confirmation there.
Next, open your email, where you will find a message named "Registration confirmation request". Open it and click on the link to complete the registration process.
You have signed up for the platform.

Step 2. Register for the race

To register for a race you have to access the platform by clicking on "Sign in" at the top of the website, at the home page of the platform or at the page about the race, with the email address and password you registered for the platform.
If you have forgotten your password, click on "Have you forgotten your password?". Then enter your email address and we will send you an email.
Once you have accessed the platform, search the registration form through the browser or enter "Registration for next races" and click on "Register".

Next, you will get a list with all the sportspeople you have registered for some race.
Select all the sportspeople you want to register for a race. If you do not want to register anyone from the list or you have never registered anyone, you can add sportspeople at the following step.

Enter the name, surnames and date of birth of the new sportpeople you want to register at the following form.

Fill in and check all the data entered at the form and make the payment the way you have selected.
If you have registered correctly, you will receive an email with a summary on the registration.
You can look up the details of your registration anytime, by accessing the platform with your email address and password.

INSTRUCTIONS TO REGISTER ON THE ONLINE PLATFORM AND TO REGISTER AT A SPORTING EVENT.

To register your athletes as a club in one or several races you must follow these steps:

Step 1. Register as a member on the website

Consult the general information on the race you wish to register your athletes for by clicking on the name of the race. There you will find all the details on the event.
Once you have decided on the event or events you wish to register your athletes for you must register as a club online.
Click on the link “I want to register” that you will find on the home page of the website or on the race page you wish to register for.
Select the kind of user you are.

Fill in all the required details on the registration form. Make sure that you type the correct e-mail address, as we will subsequently send your registration confirmation to that address.
As you will be able to manage the club members’ personal details from the Club account, club registration applications will be verified personally before giving you access to kirolprobak.com.
Next, open your e-mail, where you will find a “Registration Confirmation Request” message. Open it and click on the link displayed to complete the registration process.
Within approximately 24 hours you will receive an e-mail from the kirolprobak.com administrator informing you if you have been granted access to the system.
As soon as you receive a “Club registration confirmation” e-mail you will be registered as a member on the website.

Step 2. Race registration

To register your athletes, they must previously be registered on kirolprobak as athletes and they must authorize the club to manage their registrations.
To access the website click on the “sign in” link that you will find on the website banner, on the home page or on the sporting event page typing your e-mail and the password you used when registering.
If you have forgotten your password, click on the link “Have you forgotten your password?” type in your e-mail address and we will send the password to your e-mail.
Once logged in on the website, you can check the list of all your athletes in the section entitled “Your athletes”

To access the race registration form you have to look for the registration using the search engine or by entering "Registration for next races" and click on the "New registration" link.
Select from the list of athletes those you wish to register for the race.

Fill in all the required details by the organization on the form and make the payment using the chosen method.
If you have completed the registration correctly you will receive an e-mail outlining the registration.
You can check the details of your registrations at any time, accessing the website by logging on with your e-mail and password.
